Ideal for two couples with children.
It is a stone house mounted clay as we built in this region. It is flooded with sun all morning and at noon the great tilleuil and climbing vine that give it a nice healthy shade
On the ground floor, it consists of four adjoining rooms, reading room, dining room and kitchen, living room with fireplace, living room play area and TV.
Two separate staircases take you to two times two bedrooms. Each party has its own bathroom and the ground floor has a third toilet.
The private and secluded swimming pool (15.5m / 5.5m) is just for you.
It is also a paradise for children: Table tennis, Badminton, volleyball and large expanses of prairie. For small swing and sandpit.
Charmeraie is a very comfortable home, those that make you want to stay always on vacation.
